Mondays is a coached session by Brendan from 5:30pm to 6:30pm and Thursdays with Eamon 7:45pm to 8:45pm at the Olympia Leisure Centre.





Bike





Spin class: Mondays 6:45pm to 7:45pm and Thursdays 6:30pm to 7:30pm at Olympia Leisure Centre (Public Class).

Road Cycling: Check out OTC forum for times & places etc.

Time Trial: TT league beginning mid march.






Run




Coached sessions with Eamon Hill at the Mary Peters Track.

Wednesdays from 6.15pm, Free of charge to Club Members.
