Trail race Tues 1st June

We are holding a trail race along the Lagan Towpath / Belvoir Forest this Tues evening. Registration at Instonians/ Cooke club house from 6pm. Kids race over 1.6km starts at 7pm and adult race over 7.5km starts at 7.30pm. More information at www.pioneer-group.co.uk

Excellent race - great training event - can definately recommend the next one!
Well done to Graham who was 2nd and to Karen and Alfie on their great runs - spurred on by the support of Damien and Tom
