When I first started cycling I went to Madigans in Carrickfergus for bike fitting. I had been getting alot of niggles due to wrong set up. After the fitting these disappeared. They gave me a computer printout with all of the dimensions and so I was able to use this to set up my new bike. I'm sure however there are enough experienced cyclists in the club that could help you with this.
