Thurs Run

Some of us have been running before the Thurs swim session and all are welcome to join us.
Meeting at Olympia at 5.45 to car pool - or 6pm at Divis National trust car park.
For those who do not know it - it is a challenging hilly run over paths and trails (so old shoes advised) The views are amazing - so it is good to make the most of what is left of the light evenings, before the Autumn nights hit us!

New comers Philip, Jan and Matt have threatened to join us this week, so the more the merrier :)
