Junior Aquathlon 6 August 2011

As part of the 2011 Mourne Triathlon we are organising a junior aquathlon for kids between 14 and 18 years in the stunning surroundings of Castlewellan Forest Park in County Down. The aquathlon consists of a 350 m open water swim (wetsuits compulsory), followed by a one mile run on grass and paths.

The race starts at 11:00. Registration on the day takes place in the courtyard of the park buildings. There is no entry fee, but numbers are capped at 20 competitors.

Full water safety is provided and competitors will be covered by Triathlon Ireland insurance. All competitors will receive a goody bag.
