70 Wild Miles

Dear Sir/Madam

I wonder if you would be willing to lend your support to raise awareness of our gruelling 70 Wild Miles challenge where individuals and teams cycle, canoe and run their way around a challenging course in just one day to raise money for children’s cancer charity CLIC Sargent.

This ultimate adventure kicks off with participants pedalling 47 miles, before taking to the water in a kayak and paddling 10 miles. The last stretch of 13 miles is then completed on foot. Sportident timing will be in place to record the times of all participants.

The event will take place on Saturday 22nd May 2010 at the Share Centre in Fermanagh with each section starting and finishing at the site. Participants can take part either as an individual or in a team of three and are asked to raise a minimum £100 in sponsorship for CLIC Sargent.
