Hi
If any one fancies it, I will be going for a run each Monday after swim training. The run will be steady and usually lasts between 40mins - 1hr 15.
Feel free to join me.

I hope you don't mind me contacting you but I have an unusual request.
I'm working on some reconstructions scenes for a documentary Doubleband Films are producing for BBC NI on the Siege of Derry.
We need to illustrate a scene where a messenger swims to deliver letters to a general. It's purely visuals - no dialogue or acting skills required - we just need a male who is confident in water, brave enough to be swim at this time of year and can offer us a couple of hours over the next week or two.

The Seeley Cup takes place on Saturday 19th November 2011 , 2:30pm start time , Ormeau Park. Looks like it's on slightly earlier in the season this year. This is a very popular event amongst the running fraternity and usually sells out fast so get your entry in early.

More great results for OTC last weekend.
It was great to see so many club members supporting the Camlough open water festival - best club result has to be for the 10k Open water swim
1st place going to Jon Reilly, 2nd Emma Bamford, 3rd Sara Hanning. ...all under 3hrs - amazing in very choppy conditions!
Also great reuslts at Dublin City Tri - especially for Emma Sharkey who won the sprint event and is T.I.Junior Girls national series winner.

Hi Folks,
This is a little reminder to everyone out on the roads. Over the weekend there was a number of accidents that happend. Our own Dessi had a spill at the weekend but thankfully will be back on the bike in no time. However a young girl taking part in the Lap the Lough was not so lucky. She was hit by a car and is now paralyzed. Our thoughts and prayers are with her and her family at this time.
