If the videos are sideways you may have some software that will turn them around 90 degrees. Failing that turn your head 90 degrees or your computer. If they do not play then you may have to download some software from this page
Just make sure you select the version  DivX Play Bundle only (Windows 2K/XP). This is free. (Beside it is a free 15 day trial of a version you pay for. Don't click on this.) It's a small piece of software and downloads very quickly. It's all automatic, all you do is click a few boxes to download and install it. Any problems email Sean below.
